01The problem

You're probably not stuck because you need more tactics

You're already a good coach.

You get clients results. You care about the work. You know how to coach.

But the business behind the coaching is fragile.

Some months are strong. Some months are a guess.

You post more, try another funnel, change your offer, chase more leads, and still end up starting the next month from zero.

You're busy, but the business isn't becoming more valuable.

You're still the person
  • Creating every opportunity
  • Solving every client problem
  • Making every decision
  • Carrying the pressure when the month starts slowly
  • Trying to grow without creating more chaos

That's not usually a motivation problem. It's a systems problem.

You don't need another collection of tactics. You need to identify the earliest broken point in the business and build the system that fixes it.

02The three tests

Every coaching business must pass three tests

TEST 01Attention

Known

The right people don't see you.

Your content is inconsistent, your audience is unclear, or your reach isn't translating into attention from potential buyers.

TEST 02Belief

Trusted

People see you, but they don't believe you're the obvious choice.

Your offer sounds similar to everyone else's. Your proof is scattered. Your positioning is unclear.

TEST 03Revenue

Paid

People engage, but sign-ups are inconsistent.

You undercharge, close inconsistently, or rely on a monthly burst of motivation to generate revenue.

You don't fix everything at once. You find the earliest break and fix that first.

Building the next system on top of a broken foundation is how coaches create more activity while producing no meaningful progress.

03The category

Build a Micro Cult Coaching Business

A Micro Cult Coaching Business is small, selective and difficult to replace.

It's built on three things:

01

A methodology your clients live by

02

A transformation they can't get from generic coaching

03

A community with shared language, standards and identity

The goal isn't to collect the most clients. The goal is to build a business with:

  • Fewer, better-fit clients
  • Premium pricing
  • Stronger retention
  • More referrals
  • Clearer delivery
  • More predictable income
  • More freedom by design

Revenue is the proof.
Freedom is the outcome.

04The mechanism

The Coaching Flywheel

Your business grows through four connected engines.

  1. 1

    The Attention Engine

Become visible to the right people and build authority around what you believe.

  2. 2

    The Predictable Leads Machine

Turn attention into consistent enquiries instead of relying on luck, algorithms or random outreach.

  3. 3

    The Simple Signups Formula

Convert qualified leads with a clear offer and a sales process that makes the right decision obvious.

  4. 4

    The Coach Operating System

Deliver results, capture proof, retain clients and reduce the amount of the business that depends on you personally.

At the centre

At the centre is your Brand DNA

That's what makes the business recognisable and difficult to copy.

05Your first 14 days

You don't start by being dumped into a library of videos

  1. 1

    Kickoff

    One-to-one on Zoom

  2. 2

    Audit

Seven competencies, scored 0 to 10

  3. 3

    Priorities

Top three, then the earliest constraint

  4. 4

    Battle plan

    Your build, in order

  5. 5

    Implementation

    Channels, OC Lab, first actions

1Kickoff

You start with a one-to-one kickoff call on Zoom

Together, we go through the numbers and every moving part of the business, so the plan is built on what's actually happening.

Together, we review
  • Your last 90 days of revenue
  • Client numbers
  • Offer and pricing
  • Guarantee
  • Upfront payment
  • Lead sources
  • Conversion process
  • Delivery and retention
2Audit 3Priorities

Then we score the business across seven competencies

Each area receives a score from 0 to 10. That gives us a clear view of what's strong, inconsistent or broken.

We identify your three highest priority areas, then select the one earliest constraint to work on first.

06Your first 12 weeks

The first 12 weeks are designed to create clarity and movement

Weeks 1 to 2 · DiagnoseKickoff, audit, priorities, battle plan
Weeks 3 to 10 · Fix and buildOffer and pricing clean-up, then one priority system built against a weekly target, with direct feedback
Weeks 11 to 12 · ReviewThe numbers that matter and your next project

Standard structureYour actual build is set by your diagnosis.

You will:

  • Diagnose the business
  • Clean up the offer and pricing
  • Identify the earliest constraint
  • Build one priority system
  • Execute against a clear weekly target
  • Receive direct feedback
  • Track the numbers that matter
  • Leave with a defined next project

This isn't a promise that every coach reaches £10k in 12 weeks. That would be dishonest.

It's a promise that you'll stop guessing what to work on and start executing against a diagnosed constraint.

Results depend on your starting point, market, capacity and execution.

Andy was earning £2,400 per month while working around 40 hours a week on the gym floor. His alarm went off at 4:45am and he got home after the 10pm finishes.

On his first call, he chose to fix the product before chasing more revenue. He rebuilt onboarding, delivery and systems. That lifted conversion and allowed him to raise his price. He also made his content more specific to the audience he wanted to serve.

He reached £5,000 per month by month five and left the gym. By month twelve, he reached £8,900 per month, had 62 clients and had saved £50,000.

By month 21, his turnover for the tax year reached £116,000 with 64 clients. He's bought a house and covers his mum's bills.

Kara was earning £2,800 per month with 10 online clients while spending 20 to 25 hours a week coaching face-to-face. She also has two children.

She clarified her niche, timed offers around when that niche actually bought, promoted consistently during launch windows and templated her programming.

She reached £5,700 within four weeks. Her average monthly revenue in the first quarter was approximately £5,500, up 124%. She reached her first £11,000 month in month six, and closed the sale that tipped her over while on holiday with her family.

Ollie was averaging approximately £4,250 per month, with good months around £5,000 and bad months around £3,500. He had around 30 clients, no structured sales process and underpriced delivery. He described himself as a busy idiot.

He installed structured sales calls, daily outreach, improved delivery, community systems and price increases justified by better service.

Within seven months, he had just under 100 clients, reached six figures and hired his first coach.

09The commitment

This is a serious business commitment

The Optimised Coach is a 12-month done-with-you business build.

It's designed for coaches who are ready to commit the time, attention and capital required to build the business properly.

This isn't a short-term course, a low-ticket membership or a library of information you consume passively.

The correct first build depends on:

  • Your current numbers
  • Your offer
  • Your pricing
  • Your capacity
  • Your lead flow
  • Your conversion
  • Your delivery
  • Your retention

That's why we diagnose the business before recommending the next step.

If we believe The Optimised Coach is the right fit, we'll explain the available payment terms clearly on your Stability Diagnostic.

You should apply if you're:

  • Serious about building towards consistent £10k months
  • Prepared to commit to a 12-month process
  • Willing to implement rather than merely consume
  • Prepared to make a serious financial investment in the business

We begin new coaches in monthly onboarding windows so each person receives a focused start and a clear battle plan.

10The guarantee

25-day Love It or Leave It guarantee

You have 25 days to experience the programme and decide whether it's right for you.

If you decide it isn't the right fit within those 25 days, tell us and we'll refund your payment under the terms of the agreement.

The guarantee removes the risk of making the wrong buying decision.

It doesn't guarantee a specific revenue result. You still have to execute.

11FAQ

Questions coaches ask before applying

Who is this for?

The Optimised Coach is for established fitness coaches who already have paying clients, typically generate approximately £3k or more per month, get clients real results and want to build towards consistent £10k months.

Is this one-to-one coaching?

It's personalised, done-with-you support. You get a one-to-one kickoff call, 1:3 Direct Support, three weekly calls, live implementation help, a battle plan and ongoing diagnostics.

Matt is personally present on two of the three weekly calls.

What happens in the first 14 days?

You complete a one-to-one kickoff call, review your numbers and offer, score seven business competencies, identify your priorities and receive a personalised battle plan.

How quickly will I see results?

That depends on your starting point, market, offer, capacity and execution. The first 12 weeks are designed to create clarity, fix the offer and pricing foundation, identify the first constraint and install the first priority system.

Do I need a large audience?

No. You need the right people to understand what you do, trust that you can help and have a clear reason to take the next step.

How much time will this take?

You'll have calls, support and one clear priority at a time. The aim isn't to give you more work. It's to remove work that isn't producing progress.

What if I've tried coaching before?

We don't begin by dumping more content on you. We begin by diagnosing what's broken and selecting the next project to fix it.

What happens after 12 months?

If you're still moving forward, you can continue month to month through the ongoing continuity arrangement. The exact terms are explained before enrolment.

What's included in Direct Support?

Support is delivered through the Business, Content and Marketing, AI and Automation, and Banter channels. Responses are provided within one business day, Monday to Friday.

What's the guarantee?

You have 25 days to decide whether the programme is right for you. If it isn't, you can request a refund under the written agreement.

What if I'm not a fit?

We'll tell you. The goal isn't to force everyone into the programme. The goal is to work with coaches who can use the environment and are prepared to execute.

What level of investment is required?

The Optimised Coach is a serious 12-month business commitment. Exact payment terms are shown on the booking page before you choose a time, explained clearly before enrolment and confirmed on the Stability Diagnostic.

How do I apply?

The next step

Stop collecting tactics

You don't need another content idea.

You need a business that knows:

  • Who it serves
  • What it sells
  • Why it's different
  • How it generates leads
  • How it converts them
  • How it delivers results
  • How it retains clients
  • What to fix next

If you're already a good coach and ready to build the business behind the coaching:

You'll answer a few questions and select a call time. We'll identify the earliest broken point in your business and decide whether The Optimised Coach is the right environment to help you build it.
